This is a really good read, I had trouble putting it down - so thanks for that.
It's well written and the story moves along at a good pace with lots of interesting subject matter.
The overall concept is clever and entertaining. I can see that Michel has given himself loads of possibilities to write lots more in this series without any compromise. Great Stuff!

Absolutely brilliant book! Reads on one breath, I wish I had more time to read though. It doesnt matter if there are some typos and author made some inaccuracies as Peter mentioned, story itself is absolutely captivating and even more than 600 pages long book will "melt" in front of your eyes just like no other!
      Bravo Mr.Poulin!

Good book marred by lack of attention to detail by the writer. For instance, the heroins car regularly changes from a Chrysler to a Mitubishi - sometimes in the same paragraph! Also, although stranded in the 1940's with only modern Canadian currency, when she receives some local currency, she tips a paperboy with a 50pence piece, which wasnt thought of until forty years later! It should have been a ten shilling note - though a small fortune in the 1940's! The attention to detail could have made a good novel great - perhaps even a prospective movie!
