    46. After twenty minutes of listening, the subject of Obeah hadn’t come up, and Manda crossed her fingers, hoping it never would


    47. For a moment she wondered if this was Obeah at work, but then dismissed the thought as just paranoia

    49. But it was strange though, how it had happened right when Sierra had said the word Obeah


    50. What did it matter? Either way, it was over, and there was a reasonable, logical explanation behind it that had nothing to do with Obeah
